MY SOUND PRACTICES


Using Tibetan singing bowls and mantras - a practices I learned during my travel in Nepal - creates a unique experience. Bowls were inherited from my teacher’s grandfather, and carry the tradition of sound and ritual. In my sessions, I blend this tradition with my own approach, working with voice, mantras, and vibration to help you relax.*
One-on-one sessions are gently tailored to each person’s current state, life situation, and any challenges or obstacles they may be going through. A short questionnaire is filled out in advance, so I can better understand your needs and prepare accordingly.

Group sound meditations are offered occasionally, depending on demand, and follow a more structured flow, often supporting cleansing and balancing of the energy centers.
